Policies
- We are
a non-smoking facility; however, you can smoke on the decks
- While
we enjoy pets, we are unable to accommodate them. We can recommend
All Four Paws Country Kennel (509) 996-3252 and Rover's Ranch Quality Dog Boarding (509) 341-4120.
- Check
in time is after 4PM. If you are planning to arrive after
6PM, please let us know and we’ll make the appropriate
arrangements. Check out time is 11AM.
- A credit
card is required to guarantee a reservation. Payment is due
at check in.
- We do
have a 2-night minimum on all weekends except off-season.
- We do
have a 3-night minimum during all holidays and Winthrop’s
Rhythm & Blues Festival. Easter
and 49er's weekends require a 2-night minimum only.
- Our standard
cancellation policy is 72 hours prior to 4 PM day of arrival*.
No shows and cancellations made within 72 hours will be charged
room + tax for nights of planned stay.
* Reservations
for 2 or more chalets/cabins require a 30-day cancellation notice
and 6 or more require a 60-day cancellation notice prior to 4PM
day of arrival. All holidays, Rhythm & Blues Festival and 49’er
weekend require a 30-Day cancellation notice prior to 4:00 PM
day of arrival. All cancellations must be made by telephone.
E-mail cancellations
are not accepted.
